Ah well. We've had such a good run at their place, we were going to lose some time. Great fighting back but some dodgy defending let us down. I'm a bit confused as to why the formation was changed after the previous one worked so well. I'm not a fan of coming down to the opposition's level.
Anyway, onto the next game. The fundamentals are still there. We're a good side playing open football, which is what we wanted, so there's always the chance that while we're going to win more games, we lose a few more too. Get behind the team and let's get back to winning ways.

I don't think he has either, but a certain few people only comment when we lose, we are crap etc... when we win... no comment, it's as if they get a hard on over us losing... like they want to prove they are right! lol  |

The gap to the top is getting very large now. Halifax 7 ahead, if Barnet win tomorrow they will be 9 ahead after 8 games. That is one hell of a gap to make up. We are not on anything like good enough pace right now. Those amazing three days when we scored 13 are looking more and more like freak results,

A couple of seasons ago, Newport were 10 points clear in early October. They managed to scrape into the play-offs (which they won, of course!). Lots of football to be played yet this season.
