As a Manager you are in that position not to be liked by any player you have to make difficult descisions nearly every week. When Laurie Mac was here we trained every Sunday morning because he believed that the game played Saturday would still be clear in your mind and you could be accountable for your performance on the Saturday.

It worked with us, I would certainly recomend it.

What a muggy fukn post, its got everything to do with us when players are openly saying they dont like scott and they are. Boylen talks about mcmenemy who had great people skills something which scott clearly lacks, passion is great and much needed but just who can shout the loudest isnt either he wises up or fuks off and leaves hurst to it
