will it still be drink up games restarted or will you be able to finish your pint at your own speed because there are plenty of grounds where you can get a beer while the game is on just not able to be in veiw of the pitch

I read an interesting article about beer and non-league cup games and how it's a silly rule.

Found it through the gtfcprogramme twitter. Have a browse as this site seems to have some interesting stuff:

That's the tinpot clubs that do that Les, let's not get too comfortable with this non league scene or we'll get stuck with these pub teams forever.

Its  the tinpot teams away support that will make it financiallly unfeasible to open up a bar for them.

To be honest, I think it is very 'tinpot' to have an exclusion policy your club's bar!

Beer prices/quality may prove a stumbling block. I was in the lower bar before the Hull friendly and payed £3 for a less than average lager.

I then went to the imp after the game and payed half that for a slightly better pint.

Will this be addressed? if not I know where I'll be buying my crap drinks in future
