Cheeky link to the highlights of the youth teams visit to Chesterfield (although it was played in Sheffield) just a simple rough edit but you get the jist of what happened in the last game of the season, enjoy!

Both teams looked average at best, that's why they all got booted out bar 1

Cheers for that bullit, I thought we looked ok, our no. 7 looked quite dangerous. Lacking up front a bit though from that viewing.

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

No worries, it was a crappy location to film on, nice wonky hill, couldnt get my tripod level or to move smoothly but you get the gist of it, im a one man mariners player.

Also I just noticed, rat, you are slagging the teams off, yet I posted the highlights (that I apparently dont record, according to you) at 2:22pm, and you had managed to watch and comment on nearly nine minutes of footage in only six minutes, thats some fine time travel right there.

Come on, its easy to tell the abilities of all the players after 9 mins of highlights, how do you think Alex Ferguson works, he just watches youtube montages

Bradbury, Freeman and Southwell have been the best 3 players for the youth team this season, yet only one convinced the duo of their ability to earn a contract, and I'm suprised at Southwell as I think he's hit and miss, but hopefully will develop over the next year. Very suprised about Bradbury not being given a chance, unless the duo still think he's a bit lazy working defensively. But going forward he's electric n tricky?

Yeah if it comes down to it I think Bradbury went because he doesnt really fit into the system S&H try to play if anything.

Bullit, on your viewings this season, is there any 1st years to watch out for next season? And also have you seen anything of the newcomers for next seasons youth team?

First years,

Paul Walker CB, best player I have seen for age playing in his position
Tom Charlesworth CM, knocks a ball like Thanoj, lazy working back
Caine Winfarrah LB/LM, Electric pace, small out and out winger

Stand out ones for me I think.

Is Charlesworth playing CM now? He started off as a striker when he was younger and was absolutely prolific wasn't he?

Wasn't so sure he played upfront as he was my CM partner through town, Left foot like a bullet and if you gave him a target to aim at 9/10 he would hit it. As for others mentioned I will be going to watch the YTs alot next year.
