Coulson against Ebbsfleet, easily. The build up to that goal was magnificent.

Coulson just shades it for me from either of the Connor Townsend goals. That free kick was some strike though!

Coulson against Ebbsfleet for me. Not quite at the standard of last year's selection though, is it?!

The majority of them were just standard goals and they were the best?! Even the long range goals should have been saved.

The only ones that even look slightly like goal of the season material was Hearn's lob and Coulson's goal. Started the move, ran the length of the pitch before a cool left foot finish.

The song is 'Some Frontier' by Orphan Boy. From Cleethorpes I believed, released two albums but split up towards the end of last year.

Coulson v Ebbsfleet.

Great team goal. Like the Town of old.

Some of those shouldn't have been in there though like Hearn's against Alfreton and Coulson's against Mansfield - both keeper mistakes.

2nd: Thanoj v Wrexham
3rd: Townsend v FGR

Can't remember which one but was suprised Hearns goal where he showed some nifty footwork wasn't in there !

Teamwise I think Coulsons was the best too.

Individually I'll go:

1st:  Eldings left foot volley
2nd: Coulson vs Mansfield.
3nd: Townsend (vs Hornchurch.)

Coulson's goal against Ebbsfleet should win as it was a well-made team goal which harked back to the Buckley era (parts 1 & 2).

Very noticeable that we didn't exactly score many belters during the season as we don't seem to have anybody with a powerful long-range shot. Also, most of those goals were scored against the weaker teams. We'll need to be scoring decent goals against the better teams next season to have a chance.

Having seen most of the goals live, to me there aren't any real stand out screamers or overhead kicks that we have had in the past.

Coulson's goal is great teamwork but does it go to the team or player?. Looking at those on show either the Hearn lob or O'Connor's cut in from the left where he scores with his "wrong" foot.

Coulsons breakaway has got to win it, absolutely fantastic, the move is poetry in motion, every pass perfect.
If someone scores one like that in a game of tonights magnitude, pundits will be wanking themselves silly.

Hearns finish against Bath is excellent for the lob, but why the keeper is were he is I'll never know.

Mentions to Thanoj, both Townsend goals and Eagles goal on his weaker foot.

Had it all, every one in the ground in that split second of awe - then bonkers!.

Although bradleys 35 yarder was class

I was there, the day Bradley Wood scored a 35 yarder!

Probably because S&H know he doesn't do it week in / week out

Having said that if he performed that way every game he'd be leaving too....going to some other outfit much higher up the pyramid instead of a sideways move which imho is all he'll get if / when he finally leaves us

Didn't eagle win the goal o fthe season for last year? If coulo wins it this year does that mean its the kiss of death and signals the end of your gtfc career?!

As Eagle played for us the season after he won it may blow a small hole in your theory.
Disregarding the fact Eagle was released for off the field antics may also blow another hole in your theory.
