6 points off with a game in hand and with York, Southport and Kiddy all still to play so we don't even need to rely on others dropping points at the minute, so yes it is still possible.

If we are too far off now it is not due to the last 2 results. It is due to the pre-christmas results that left us needing to be virtually the best team in the league over the rest of the season to even make 5th place. So far we are actually on target to do that but whether it's sustainable remains to be seen.

people who right the season of after the first defeat since October, do my head in. win our game in hand and were 3 point off the playoffs. i know what lets throw the towel in!!, get a fooking grip. Get some balls, get behind the team, this is when us as fans really need to get behind the team and drive them into that top 5.

Don't get me wrong it has been made harder with us only getting 1 point from the last 2games, but we are still an in form team who out played the girl privates at the top of the league on their own turf! We need to get at least 7 points from the next 3 games and I think we can achieve that and will sneak into the play offs come the start of April

I thought we'd finish about 12th.
Due to our good run, that should be improved upon.
Anything less than 6 points from the next 2 games would make it difficult but there are still a lot of points to play for.

I'm disgusted on how we was robbed by a east yorkshire ref (hull)  last night but they can't take away the fact that GTFC have a very good set of honest players who will give their all to the shirt and club so after the sett back I now have full confidence in them to succeed in the play offs. UTMM.

No of course not, We can still do it, There is other teams around us who will fancy there chances too, It is going to be tight, We just have to keep winning and take every game as it comes, If we win our next 3 home games we will be keeping the pressure on the teams around and above us.

We have to stay positive, Last nights game was always going to be a hard place to get a win, Our league form is excellent at the moment, Lets hope town can carry on this form saturday.

We have a few games coming up were we are capable of picking up a few points, Lets see how the players react after last nights loss this saturday.

Going to be difficult but of course we still can. 3 home games on the spin now - 7 points and we'll be right in the mix again. The other thing about last night is it proves we can go away and compete with anybody - no reason we can't go away to Wrexham and Luton thinking we have a chance of picking up points.

look we have a game in hand over most and arent that far behind, who'd of thought at the beginning of the season when we started so poorly that we would be where we are now.if we can do that am sure we can make up the few points it is too get in the play offs. WE ARE THE FORM TEAM,WE ONLY LOST TO THE LEAGUE LEADERS NO SHAME IN THAT its just a shame because we should of came away with at least a point.

Well Emisar , as far as I think  we still could do it . This is a little blip which all teams have , at least we haven't been playing too badley . Enforced team changes and bad weather has upset us a little , but with the sun starting to shine, I'm sure we will be there or there abouts towards the end . We are a long way from where we were last season , so we are a team build  still in progress .
Looking at other teams above us , they seem to have the ability to mix it better than we do  . Do we get or need one or two aditions for next season ? May be .

We lost 1 in how many games? We are in with a great chance of the play offs still.. I very much believe that these bunch of players want and will work very hard to achieve play offs.. Let's keep believing in them as we are. I've said it on another thread they need us to back them more than ever, starting tomorrow.. Come on boys massive month this could almost seal the play off spot this month.. Come on everyone get your voices out tomorrow, grab a packet of fisherman friends an let's have it loud an clear.

Last season many thought we had a chance when we didn't.  This season we have an excellent chance (with a fit sold squad and good managers) and we have this thread.  Bar the penalty we might well still be unbeaten home and away in the league since October.   That tells its own story.
