Found it.  According to the comments at the bottom Kiernan ran the show on that day and was impressive.
I reckon he's been signed as a winger though

Was not in impressed with him against us for Kettering in November, but then nobody on either team impressed that day!

Was going to say am sure he trialed as a winger?
Just a cm and we should be done. Regarding we dont get rid duffy as he adds that more direct and physical aspect to our game if needed

I hope they do sign a CM today. Dave Moore's comments on Mariners player about Church's back problem returning didnt fill me with confidence....although it would likely have given Thanoj a chance.

Why does it look as if Duffer is on his way out, he is nothing like Duffy...??? I would suspect Mason Hughes has been brought in for the left wing and striker as and when needed...

His pace is electric and he covers the ground well. I can see him being a good outlet to push teams back when they push on to get back into games when behind. Now they will have to be careful throwing everyone forward as we have counter attack pace.

He played right wing that night iirc, was quick and put some good crosses over. Thought at the time he was worth another look.

Our wingers have often swapped wings so he and Coulson should be the flanks note and keep the opposing full backs guessing. Good signing I reckon.

Possibly a good signing but why wasn't he good enough the first time but now suddenly is?

Budget MAY have been an issue?

We have just offloaded some significant wages in Ridley, Kempson, Eagle and Spencer and although Miller wont be cheap the likes of Townsend and McCarthy wont be costing us much at all

W looks to have a very slight build so maybe the bosses had doubts about whether he was strong enough for this league.... He has now proved this not to be the case at Kettering and has earned the move!

Good signing. Gives us more options and he can play striker or left wing.

I would be looking to budget for Jamie Chandler (permanent signing) or money towards Devitt's wages in CM to the end of this season - either would fit the bill.

Of the duo - Duffy or Mafoko, Mafoko must be the more uneasy as he was still very hit and miss!

Duffy did play his part against Salisbury when he got his odd chance!

Pressure is now on for ALL players to perform when chosen to play!

That's no bad thing ! Good performances will only enhance our league position.

I really like how the squad is taking shape. S&H have continued to fine-tune the squad throughout the season, with the ineffective (Ridley, Kempson, Spencer, Eagle) being replaced by much better players (Townsend, Miller) hopefully Hughes-Mason carries on this trend.
Look back to our team for S&H's first match vs Darlo. Compare it to our team now, and I'd challenge anyone to deny that our team now is much better!
