Register with this site and then get a free spare SIM card from T- Mobile (ideal if you cheat on your partner, like bullying via text message etc etc) through this link and the GTST will get £1.

http://www.spendandraise.com/gtst/shop/retailers/?page=T

If everyone who moaned about Fenty does this then it will raise £1000s. Dead easy, will take 2 minutes....

Everyone should do this - it takes less than a minute and if you don't want the sim card you can lob it when it arrives. Easy money for the Trust.

Vodafone is the same deal but you can order 2 free SIMs and earn the Trust £2:

http://www.spendandraise.com/gtst/shop/retailers/?page=V

So that's £3 we can all donate to GTST without spending anything.

Found a few more:

KGB register email £1. http://www.spendandraise.com/gtst/shop/retailers/?page=K

Voyage Prive £2 per registration. http://www.spendandraise.com/gtst/shop/retailers/?page=V

I have joined both of these and then set up a rule so that the email will automatically delete so it's no hassle at all.

THAT'S A FREE £6 DONATION TO GTST.

Have emailed GTST and they will be promoting this as much as possible.

These freebies are the easy ones but everyone needs to try and remember to use it when purchasing stuff online.

Teufel Teufel pays GTST £0.50 if you sign up for their newsletter.

Sarenza pays GTST £0.30 if you sign up for their newsletter.

Secret Escapes pays GTST £0.60 if you sign up for their newsletter.

PrePayMania pays GTST £1 per free SIM (maximum of 2)

giffgaff pays GTST £0.50 per free SIM (maximum of 1)

Do all of them and that's £8.90.

Aware that this is drifting in to non footy territory so I will leave it there, but if you have a few minutes spare then this a really quick, easy and free way to send some money the Trust's way. It could be a real help to the future of GTFC if big numbers of people start using this.

Thanks to PSG for being all over this.  I've circulated his e-mail to the to the GTST comms team so that they can spread the word.

The Spend and Raise site was previously known as buy.at - GTST has had it as an affiliate for a number of years, however I will be the first to admit that we've struggled to find a way to realise the full potential.

I don't think it's outside of the realms of possibility that this could raise a couple of hundred quid a month *if* we can find a way to get folks to remember to use it when shopping online.  A few high value transactions through the likes of Expedia, or regular hotel bookings via laterooms and the pennies and pounds can really start to add up!

In the meatime, thanks to everyone who has clicked through and signed up for stuff so far - it's much appreciated.

Done it.    Also, if you activate your Vodafone SIM cards when they arrive you donate another £3 (per SIM.) to GTST.

Our business uses Laterooms virtually daily to book rooms for our lads who work around the country. I will try and ensure the person responsible uses the link through the Trust website commencing on Monday. We spend over a £1,000 a month through laterooms alone!

I am trying to get people I work with to sign up for a few of the deals as well. Not hard to convince someone that a free SIM is worth having and KGB Deals is actually pretty good.

Spread the word people!

It's a harder sell getting colleagues to do it when you don't live in the Grimsby area! I have so far got 1 Hull City fan and a Middleborough fan to sign up for KGB Deals.

Warner Leisure Hotels pay £0.20 for a brochure request.

Valued Opinions pay for carrying out surveys (bit more hassle though)

And for you fatties, Weight Watchers are paying £15 somehow....!

Currently £1,343 raised.

Not sure how that figure is made up. I am hoping that this figure is the amount of cashback confirmed and paid to GTST and all of the recent activity which is still pending.

Anyone know?

PS a massive £8.67 from Dave Otter has gone through today. That must have been quite a purchase!

Would be great to break the £1500 mark by the end of the year. Anyone not done the freebies yet should get involved and get a free tenner for the Trust.

Quick wins are voyage prive £2, Kgb £1 and secret escapes 60p because they're email only-so basically just need valid email addresses to do these 3 offers. Then there are all the SIM card ones.

Come on!

Hopefully lots of people have done the freebie ones. No excuse not to!

Still think progress is pretty slow. If only half the people on here used it every time they shopped online I am sure the total would ramp up.

Come on people use it!

Up to £1508 now.

Anyone else not done it should do it quick as the freebie offers may not be around for ever.

Also I think the SIM ones you can do more than once. I may try them all again.

Vodafone sims it seems you can do more than once, I think it may be once every 24 hours!!

Also it seems some of the other free deals have changed. I was unable to try T moblie sims again as I couldn't find it (maybe removed!)

£1 if you enter the competition on Atelier des Chefs- http://www.spendandraise.com/gtst/shop/retailers/

Can't get it to work myself though. Anyone else tried it? Hopefully the £1 will still be paid.

This seems to have slowed down a little. Hopefully people are remembering to use it when they shop online and don't forget the freebies. Easy money.
