It's his money so he can do what he likes - there's no right or wrong about it.

Surely he loves the club too much to take his money out if it left us in trouble. He's put enough of his money and its him he choses what to do with it so if he stops the money then he's right to do so.

No need to be ratty it's a fair enough question to ask. If he does and GTFC go under will you still be defending him ? I can understand his frustration but Mike Parker kept investing his money whilst not being on the board so what's the difference - Fenty has invested a lot more ? Will be scant consolation for the fans if the worst happens but I'm hopeful it can be avoided. Like JT said, the best scenario is one where everyone works together.

He keeps talking about the money he's put in but then agaian, it isn't as much as some and he has left intercourse all to show for it in all honesty and surely if he keeps talking about the money the club is losing, is there actually any money for him to take out???

Agreed but that's only the loans, what about his continued support ? "Mr Fenty explained that the Club continues to lose money and whilst he had held a controlling interest in the Club, he felt obliged to ensure the Club remained a going concern by providing the funds himself. " Lost of past tenses there - slightly worrying ! But then again... "Mr Fenty is most concerned that the company must be able to meet the test of remaining a going concern" Could it be he's saying to Parker "come on then let's see YOU run or help run the club" ? Has he resigned FOR NOW to force Parkers hand ? What about a scenario where Parker wants to invest but doesn't want the chairmanship and Fenty gets re-elected ?!

Everything Fenty has put into the club was converted into shares, so he would have to sell the actual shares to aquire his money back and who would buy them at the value he paid for them? http://www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk/Club-s-agm-tackle-share-issue/story-11528360-detail/story.html theicenian confirmed this in a post earlier this year prior to him passing away.
What loans? The loans were converted to shares apart from the one from JF's company which was being paid back as a pension fund.
