Everything Fenty has put into the club was converted into shares, so he would have to sell the actual shares to aquire his money back and who would buy them at the value he paid for them?

theicenian confirmed this in a post earlier this year prior to him passing away.

What loans?   The loans were converted to shares apart from the one from JF's company which was being paid back as a pension fund.

The budget has already been placed for this season, anything after that well anything could happen, takeover, administration - the burden of players on contracts longer than the current season etc, we will just have to wait and see.
