We've signed too many players to change again any time soon unless we're in deep trouble for me. We're probably just as likely to get relegated if we keep hiring and firing and getting a new squad every year. That was the start of the decline before.

Just watched the extended highlights, apart from the silly defensive mistakes and poor finishing we looked as good as them.
Note, I did not go to the game, a surprise win tomorrow night and all's well again in the madhouse.

Give the other side 2 pens and score an own goal and you are going to lose.

I expect a better performance tomorrow Garth.

Granted Pete, just saying from what little I saw on the extended highlights we were mugs and on the day gifted them the result, surely has to be Collins in tomorrow for Clarke and Matt to start with Jones up top

I would judge him mid way through next season not this one with all the players on long contracts he inherited.

Besides didnt Exeter have a lot worse start than us last year but they came good.?

Think we have obviously struggled to offload some of the players he didnt want, i would imagine the likes of Summerfield would not have had a contract renewed if it was up.
The money from Bogle isnt in the great scheme of things a large amount and can easily be swallowed up in the running of the club.

Yes its a bit panicked at the minute but then his last stint was pretty poor in the first season and although im not a fan of his style of play he usually puts together a competent side eventually, managers are just not given time to build a team now and sackings a two a penny with current trend. Remember Ferguson was one game away from the sack early in his united tenure but look how that turned out.

Yes its excrement at the moment and i hate it but lets give the chap time to build.

Despite the reservations of me and others at the time the club decided to stick with Neil Woods. We didn't come good and we were relegated.

He won't go unless we are in the relegation zone and more than 3 points adrift of safety.

If I were to have the say. Give him 2 more months and then it gives the next guy a full month to assess the squad and determine what is/isn't needed before January.

I think whoever the manager is a lot comes down to luck, just think that if Hooper had scored 6 goals by now ( I know it sounds fanciful) and we had only lost 1 game than the majority of us would be quite happy, it's all about results. It really just shows how much we relied upon Bogle last season.
