A great manager ... Never see a team win anything with a poor manager.

Arsenal

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

I once said Gazza's IQ was less than his shirt number and he asked me: What's an IQ? - George Best

All of the above but mostly the players.

That said, they have to be picked in their correct positions, played in a formation that suits them and be sufficiently motivated to perform, week in, week out.

So only one of the choices will deliver success? Surely it will be a combination. Into the mix will come injury, a back log of games due to cancellations because of bad weather etc.

All of the stuff above,.....  I guess the next thing would be to have an opinion pole on how many of them do we have at the moment.
