All of the above but mostly the players.

That said, they have to be picked in their correct positions, played in a formation that suits them and be sufficiently motivated to perform, week in, week out.

So only one of the choices will deliver success? Surely it will be a combination. Into the mix will come injury, a back log of games due to cancellations because of bad weather etc.  :)
