Can't see Hurst not selecting Mackreth.  Be a fair argument that he's not as attacking or pleasing on the eye as Arnold or Marshall but his work-rate is second to none and Hurst values that above anything else.  

Agree on Pittman.  He's looked, as of all the attackers, very sharp.  Whatever combination we go with, we'll be threatening and have great options on the bench to change it.
