As post above says Marc Roberts, one of Halifax better players has gone to Barnsley. In other news Nathan Pond has signed a new deal at Fleetwood, 12th season there now for him.

Would it be possible to put on the IN'S where they came from, sorry but I have not got a clue about some of the names so I can't make my mind up if they are good signings or not

Southport have signed the following new players:

Adam Blakeman (Left back), Peter Cavanagh (Right back), Andy Wright (Right back, Midfielder), Jamie Allen (Striker)

The new faces include experienced ex-Accrington Stanley, Fleetwood and Rochdale player Peter Cavanagh, who joins from league rivals Altrincham.

Cavanagh will be Carden's player-coach as his first step into a management role.

Also with considerable Football League experience is 6`1” midfielder Andy Wright, who joins from Morecambe having also played for Scunthorpe, Grimsby Town and in the USA.

Following a spell at Ayr United, former Bolton Wanderers and Hyde left-back Adam Blakeman moves back closer to his Burscough base. He is the younger brother of ex-Port players Chris and Liam Blakeman.

Nineteen-year-old striker Jamie Allen has signed from Fleetwood, having already achieved Football League appearances and will compete upfront with the mightily impressive end of season find Connor McCarthy, who is now a contracted 'Port player.

Decent signing for them to be fair.

Quoted from Nelly GTFC
I'm probally boring everyone with these updates, but Barnet have released the following players:

Sam Cowler (GK), Jack Saville (Centre back), Lee Cook (Winger), Charlie MacDonald (Striker)

Doubt we would be interested, but Leyton Orient released Chris Dagnall and Kevin Lisbie, although Barnet are apparently interested in him.

No retained list as yet from Bristol Rovers.  Front page updated.

Wouldn't mind Cook here - thought he was decent.
