How come they are so poor. I’ve run the line and reffed several times and never got decisions wrong like that. They are getting paid for this. There’s got to be a review and take the payments away when they get it wrong.

Lino got it right. If you pause it at the moment it's hooked over, Obikwu was beyond the last defender. CBA to figure out how to post a screenshot
