I know someone who works in one of the bars and they've been told not to come in as usual unless notified so I'd say there's a very big chance of the game being off.

The sunshine has defrosted my car so it's warm enough in the sun. Anything out of the sun (such as a good chunk of the pitch, probably), is still frozen solid. Making alternative plans for this afternoon.
