Was it Clifton (Match report on official site) or Richardson (BBC etc) who scored against Burton Albion?

If the football is bad you can always watch the gulls.

Unfortunately for Harry, the goals committee will have to give it to Richardson.

However, now the duck is broken for Richardson, let's hope he can kick on, as he shows promise for a young lad, and isn't afraid to mix it and run at defenders.

Best of the 3 young loaness from what I've seen on the pitch.

Bit of a cheek if you ask me...

'I walked in the dressing room. The window was open and I thought that a sea fret had got in. Then I saw smoke billowing from a pipe in the corner of the room...it was my centre-forward. He looked seven stone wet through. He went on to score thirty-odd goals that season.' Lawrie McMenemy on encountering the legend that was Matt Tees.

Definitely Richardson’s bottom*

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

I've unfortunately got a red cross on my Coral account that proves beyond doubt that it was Richardson's goal...

For me it is a Clifton goal. If it had been an opponent stood in the same position as Richardson and come off his bottom would it then be an own goal? I doubt it... A Clifton goal with a deflection

Richardson's for me. Keeper would have probably saved Clifton's shot without the deflection I reckon.

Richardson has scored 2 very scrappy goals now. Hope he can get a few more.
