Awful draw. Heskey bloody useless as usual. Man Utd away the ball before and he pulls us out next draw.

I was there, the day Bradley Wood scored a 35 yarder!

From the black and white striped shirts
To the fish in the sea
You'll hear us singing
Coz we are Grimsby.

You won't hear us crying
But you'll hear us shout
Coz we are the Grimsby
And this is our chant.......... Grimsby! Grimsby! Grimsby!

Wigan all day for me, Luton is a dump with a tiny away end, 4500 at Wigan and an easy drive

Just to inject some positivity into the discussion. If it is Wigan, they’re relegation favourites and likely to be playing L1 next season. We’ve beaten three L1 teams already and will fancy ourselves against them. Plus, it’s a weekend away in Manchester or Liverpool, and Wigan would be a new ground for me!

How’s that for a ‘glass half full’ perspective!!

Wigan used to be urine up central plus it's a gnats member off Manchester.

That sucks. The draw hasn’t been kind for any of the rounds really.

One thing I’ve clocked is that, if we get through to the 5th round, those games are played midweek in the last week Feb/first week of March, meaning that Crewe game would have to be moved again! 🤣

Other than it’s dead easy for me to get to; I haven’t got anything positive to say about the prospect of Luton away. It’s a crap lower league ground, if the truth be known, the allocation will be quite small, it’s not a new ground and they’ll almost certainly beat us given we’ll be without McAtee.

Safe to say I’m now a big Latics fan! Wigan are a side very low on confidence who no doubt wouldn’t want to risk their best players against little Grimsby in the Cup. It’s a new ground for everyone, certainly for me and it’s much easier to get to. Suspect we’d take several thousand and it would be a fun day out.

I've wasted my life in black and white, a pathetic act for a worthless cause
