Even without bus replacement services, is there a worse away day in League Two this season than Colchester? I don’t think there is.

It’s a train to Ingatestone, then a bus from there. Guess there’s some scheduled maintenance.

To be fair, we’ve sold out our initial allocation of 400 tickets. Could be another few hundred on top of that with a decent result tonight; not many teams will do that this season (and certainly not northern monkey types).

Cannot understand why this game has mot be cancelled, Brighton v Palace has with the reason given that it’s a train strike day.

What’s the chances of Colchester allowing walk ups on the day as there looks to be plenty of room?

It’s arguably the worst away day in the league, May be Shrewsbury being a bit bland too, although you’re not too far from the centre.

I’ve always said, I feared for any potential new ground whilst we still had Fenty at the helm. You’d imagine he’d love his day at Colchester, pull up straight outside, designated parking and straight in. intercourse all for the fans mind but he’s be fine.

It’s a dreadful away game and the stands seem ridiculously steep for a new ground.

bottom to drive to, bottom experience, expensive and just beige…see you all Saturday…

Always find Sixfields bland and the drive to Northampton horrendous.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you give him an excuse for him to escape from the wife and kids for the weekend and drink lots of beer.

Well firstly, there’s no train strike now.

Secondly, given it’s a big rivalry, it’d be a nightmare having Palace fans in Brighton with no way home. I’m not sure Grimsby v Colchester holds the same weight.
