Imagine it would be a charter flight with 30 + players & staff.

Have seen several football squads (including Hurst's Shrewsbury) getting on scheduled flights at East Midlands.

Given the the club has not officially acknowledged that this game even happened my guess is that they wanted to keep it quiet so all the riff raff did not rock up.

They didn't and still haven't acknowledged that the Hull City U23 game played the other week happened either, I think when its being played behind closed doors it's often viewed as a last minute training game rather than an actual friendly. I would imagine this game was put together very late in the day.

I think it was planned but kept on the low so loads of fans didn't head over there.
