Surprised he has got a league club i expected it to bottom end of NL or NLN maybe, just due to injuries. I suspect Harrogate are needing a gamble,which max undoubtedly is or are trying to balance a shrinking budget. He does have the ability to play at league level,but he's so often unfit.  

However I am really pleased for him as an individual and hope he does well apart from the obvious games. Good luck Max.

Unless you mean it was specifically the Bkundell Park pitch that was causing his injury issues, I'm not sure what you mean by he needed to get away? If he'd have played more for us, he'd have probably been offered a new contract and happily accepted it. As it was, he didn't play much, wasn't offered a new contract and so had no choice but to go his own way?

Not surprised he’s got a league club as we all know on his day he’s dynamite. Whether he’ll manage his injuries he always seems to get will be interesting to see unfold, maybe it was psychological and a change of club might help him with that??
