Information leading up to the documentary TV series that will come out soon about the two Hollywood stars that bought Wrexham in 2020. I thought it was a Netflix documentary but it's not. I am sure Grimsby Town will feature very heavily in the show in series 1 as the tv crew follow Wrexham to the playoff game against us. I loved the Sunderland series, it gives many of us an insight into what really happens within a football club that most of us will never see. UTM

Had a quick listen to a Wrexham podcast this morning and they were saying it’s due for release in August.

Will it be available to binge-watch, as the kids say, or in other words skip to the bit where we díck them 5-4 on their own patch in the play-offs?

I googled it the other day and it said 24th August in the US. Looking forward to it for obvious Town related reasons but also would have been looking forward to it regardless as I love these when they're done well. The Sunderland and Salford ones are excellent. Some quality old ones knocking about too, including one about Ron Atkinson going in to sort out Peterborough in about 2004ish or something.

Makes sense since Disney owns Ryan Reynolds as they bought out Fox. I quite enjoy these insider documentaries, it shows the ins and outs of what it's like to run a club and all the staff that goes into it. Some of our inside training stuff on Youtube was good for the same reason, you get a look at perhaps some staff or areas of the club you wouldn't know about.

I'd recommend the Leeds one for anyone who has Amazon Prime, two seasons and really interesting. Tottenham one if you want to watch the breakdown of Dele Ali from potential superstar to the biggest disappointment in British football.

The Palace one on Amazon Prime is really good, you have to excuse the Holloway parts.

Best one of all time though will always be the Neil Warnock one from the mid 2000's.  Good shout on Big Ron Manager though, that was worth it just for the scene where Sean St. Ledger and Danny Crow sit giggling like naughty school boys when getting told off.

I have always enjoyed any football related "behind the scenes" material. I like training videos and especially those rare moments when you get to peek "behind the curtain" into the dressing room before and during matches. And I especially like them when they're not about one of the clubs that are constantly featured on tv anyway. I really enjoyed the two Netflix series about Sunderland, and I'm sure this will be interesting too. I will be looking forward to the final episode, of course, as we all will, but I think the whole thing will be well worth a watch.

And once the final episode is aired across the pond, how many new American supporters might we gain?

I remember one with Ron Atkinson taking West Brom to China in the late 70's, massive culture shock for the players then

Just looked it up on YouTube (West Brom in China 7but can only find a short clip and don't know how to link it
