It comes from the Manager and you're right it's pathetic and needs clamping down on . The refs are very weak in this league though

Just generally being a nuisance to superior opposition might be within the rules but it’s really, really boring for the game in general.

Anyone who requires the physio should go off for a minimum of 5 minutes unless the opposing player gets booked. That should hopefully make people think twice about "tactical injuries."
