There’s a video of what she said, just named the 35 oligarch's who enable the Putin regime. Bit weird parliamentary privilege that they use it now to get around gagging orders and put information in the public domain as everything is recorded and broadcast. Fair play to them for it.

He was a regional governor under Putin until 2008. And you don’t make billions within a few years of the collapse of socialism, from a standing start if you’re not dodgy. Chelsea probably largely finance themselves through commercial activity and TV money now. Let’s face it Chelsea fans are either long term ones who still can’t believe their luck and gloryhunters who couldn’t care less how success is bought - it’s unlikely they’d demonstrate against him. Even if away fans boycotted Stamford Bridge the aforementioned commercial success means that Chelsea probably won’t miss the cash. A shame really.
