I've worked for a lot of companies over the years and the quickest way to spot if they value their employees is if they provide free tea and coffee. Costs the business feck all in the scheme of things but it is surprising how few do it. Small things like this pay back in spades

I understand JS has removed the 20p coin slots off the locks on the staff toilet doors as well at BP.
