It's small gestures like sending flowers to congratulate a couple on their engagement that increases the feel good factor around the place.

Congratulations are in order yet again.

A happy/appreciated footballer makes for a productive footballer, a great gesture which may reap rewards long after the flowers have died.

Happy Wife (to be), Happy Life.

It's just a sign that we go above and beyond the pay cheque for our staff. That means players might be a bit more keen to extend their stay, others may be more tempted to sign for us.

It’s amazing the impact of feeling part of something generally has on employees.

Over rated…some disgraced local politician will tell you that sending flowers never got three points on a Saturday…

Maybe he should have done his PR in the florist.

I would be flabbergasted if the club hadn’t sent them
I’ve no idea if previous regime did or didn’t.

I would be flabbergasted if professional footballers trained with misshapen footballs. Oh wait...

To be fair to Fenty do we know he didn't do similar under his tenure?

Having said that he was a complete disaster and should never be let near our club again.

I've worked for a lot of companies over the years and the quickest way to spot if they value their employees is if they provide free tea and coffee. Costs the business feck all in the scheme of things but it is surprising how few do it. Small things like this pay back in spades

I think you’ve upset both sides in that one post PP. The Fentinistas in the second comment and the blind antis in the other. Well done 👍

I agree with your post by the way 😆
