That’s your opinion, some things can’t be taught and I believe his instincts of being in the right place at the right time is one of those things, Birtles played at a much higher level granted but I still believe Podge could do a more than good job at the level we are now

Individually, Amond's age shouldn't be an issue.

But with Ryan Taylor (33) and LJL (32) in the squad as strikers, I can't see Hurst going for another 30+ striker on the books.
