They want to build the club up from the base, as in the playing surfaces at both BP and Cheapside need work to make them useable so the players can do the job. BP needs a revamp with facilities and that what they intend to do and lastly the carrot of the new ground, maybe and maybe not. No false promise here. Evaluate what there is and move forward to a new ground if it's viable and not to saddle the club with debt.

Admission from them that if they do not between them have the expertise to do improve a situation, then they will bring someone in who has. Finally, leave the past where it is and move to the future 'a new day a new dawn' they said, and a new optimistic positive future from me.
