Maybe Commercial Manager? Mike Hickman was never the most talented player, but he always gave 100% and was very athletic. (Would never have fitted in with the Spurs team playing in the Europa League then).

I’m sure you will have criticised performances without knowing what’s going on in someone’s life off the pitch. People can hardly be blamed for not knowing if something really bad has happened, with serious stuff being relatively rare. I dare say you’ve criticised other members of this board without knowing what’s going on in their lives. It’s normally not a big issue if not over the top.
