Met him several times on train journeys south from away games.  Always had time to talk.

Thought his time in charge between Jolley & Ollie saw an improvement - which wasn’t hard - especially in terms of effort and commitment. He was actually unlucky re the results.  I read this as an improvement in the dressing room.
Because of this Ollie started off with the squad in a better place than if he’d succeeded Jolley directly.

Good luck to him - I don’t think we have anything to condemn him for.

Odd situation considering Ollie is talking a lot about having a lot to do.

He wouldn't accept a pay cut so we've let him go by mutual agreement. He was on a 6 month rolling contract so the most it has cost us is 6 months wages I guess.

If we replaced him though on less money, it could still end up costing more than keeping him! I expect to see Davies promoted and an analyst brought in.

Maybe a hypnotist, he could tap into their unconscious and tell them they are top class professional footballers

As I understand it Limbrick didn't honour his contract by not moving here so maybe it didn't cost that much to pay him off ???

Anyway never met him but always liked him and I think he is a big loss myself, good luck to him for the future.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”
