Were just too inconsistant this season to really challange the playoffs, feels like our first few years in the conference, we need to build for next season.

Alot alot of work to do, Marcus needs to take a long hard look at alot of things.

You get days like this....it's all about consistency.  We have to be patient and let the players integrate.  

like i have said before. B M  has done nothing to improve us yet.  all he has done is act big with fancy words  that have come to nothing,, distroyed a steady set of players too quick,  and everyone is taken in by him and the way he talks people round to think he is good

Just too inconsistent to make a viable run for the PO, it's the hope that kills you I do not expect the PO especially with this being our first season back.

I don't think we will manage a 4/5 game winning streak to be taken seriously.

We were a midtable team and we still are a midtable team, he's distroyed nothing.

I want to know why Bignot has such a vendetta against wingers. We don't play with any in the starting line up, and he won't even put any on the bench. Chambers, Bolarinwa or Vose (yeah yeah he's not a real winger) would have all been good options to mix things up tactically.

Bignot hasn't improved us much, but he has hardly taken us backwards.  The form is more or less consistent with the first three months of this season.  The excessive optimism after last week wasn't helpful, but people need to swallow their understandable overreactions sometimes.

They're still top with a couple of games in hand.  They'd do well to intercourse it up now.  Think most of our fans would relish seeing them back in the League to be fair.

Vernon again snowed why he only scores 3 goals a season again and the rest sounded just as bad. As soon as the window closes we need to drop Bogle for a game bring him back to earth after 3 non performances on the trot. Connell seems to have seen the tactical problem before half time but Bignot did nothing. Its so infuriating.

I think MB is planning for next season, new players are being brought in and introduced to the team while MB slowly moulds them in to a challenging team for next season.
PH had 15 games and gleaned 21pts, MB has had 13 games and gleaned 18 pts so very little has changed other than the personnel,and if we carry on with this up and down form we will finish with about 63points in a mid table spot exactly where we are at the moment with a squad assembled for a serious attempt at promotion next season.

It's a bit worrying we haven't but in a decent performance since he arrived, I'm firmly behind Bignot but we are awful to watch at the minute even when we won against county we looked excrement.

I'm honestly still trying to figure Marcus out, I like his passion but the way he has set on this 352 formation with about 15 central midfielders at the club worry's me.

The players he has bought in still have to be judged fairly but he needs to understand if you want to make big big changes here be prepared to back it up.

Other than the Stevenage home game and away at Luton we haven't actually played well all season really. Nothing much has changed except I now have no idea what the game plan is anymore.

The wing backs were kept deep by Stevenage wingers playing high up the field allowing their full backs time to come out of defence and overlap, resulting in the back 3 sitting deep which also removed any threat we may have managed to create out wide, bur carried on with 352 till 60 odd mins. Im not against MB I think if he can learn fairly quickly he will be a very good manager. Whild and the asst manager were sat in the stands first half so I presume they would pick up on the same and told him? but if they did he obviously didn't listen

Cheers, my dad said something similar to that against Exeter as the only exit t gave us was for the back 3 to look long. I think MB is o.k. but he needs to just settle down a bit and learn how to out smart the opposition or have a bench to give him the opportunity to change mid game..
