It fits the way we have to work, given our huge debt. Also, Bignot seems to conduct himself professionally. Obviously the most important asset of any manager is their ability to win games of football, but it certainly doesn't hurt to have an intelligent, level-headed and incredibly grounded manager because, after all, he's representing our football club. "Don't shine that light in my face, mate - I've just lost a pint of blood."
