As it's individual nominees only I can't go for 'the electorate', so I'll pick Hilary ('what the electorate really wants is a divided opposition') Benn for his poor timing.

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

In that case I'll let Mr Benn off. We get the politicians we deserve.

Can I hedge my bets and single out the people who voted 'Leave' but only did so because they didn't think it would actually happen?

This
He should have stood down years ago. He's been clueless as to who he should be starting, who he should be leaving out, what formation we should be using and who he should be playing where

He's twit for the next couple of weeks?

The FA.  Because ultimately they are the ones that fail us time and time and time again.  Be it with their management selection or the way they let the leagues be structured for financial reasons etc etc etc.  They are the ones that appointed a man that can't understand that just because you have resigned, you are still answerable to the paying customer for your decisions whilst in that job.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'
