When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Defensive wise might be good right now so Lever and Handyside. Lever had the height to take on big forwards and win the ball in the air he was also a rock that was very difficult to get past. Back when he was in the team I always felt like our defence was so solid. Handyside was always a cool character tidied up when needed and got the ball forward.

Danny Coyne I'd say out and out the best goalie I've seen play for town. Always dependable not the kind of player who often had a bad game. The win against Liverpool was memorable not just because of an amazing winning goal but a "never say die" performance from Coyne who kept everything out until they finally got one past him with a penalty.

Midfield Groves or Pouton always good to have the players who are versatile and will give 100% every game and fight for everything. When you're having a bad day you need these players who will keep going and pull the team back together.

It's easy to say Mendonca as a forward I was a kid when he was playing for us so everything he did is extra impressive in my mind. In more recent times probably a guy like Reddy in his prime and fully fit without the injury problems. Just so so quick. He'd be in our own half and our midfield gets the ball and suddenly he's run the whole pitch to pick up a pass take it round the last man and score.

Bonetti.

When he was in the side, everything just fizzed in midfield, and you never knew what was going to happen next.

A young Paul Groves to play alongside Dis.
Maybe see if we can sneak Enzo Gambarro back for more than one game, see if he was any good

Danny Coyne, absolutely outstanding goalkeeper who paid of many fine saves, Even in our relegation season with him, he was still good despite having a shambles of a defence in front of him.

Kevin Moore, local lad, and a real classy centre half, technically good and his reading of the play was absolutely outstanding, even from a young age.

Kevin Drinkell, another local lad, he really did have some quality about him didn't he
