What happened was wrong and the Football League never should have allowed it but at some point you have to forgive and forget. The current owners/players/managers/supporters to the best of my knowledge had no involvement in the takeover of Wimbledon so why withhold your money from them, and have Town suffer as a result (more support=more chance of winning)?

It's a decision for each person to take but for me to still refuse to go there is like still blaming modern day Germans for the holocaust. AFCW are back in the league so justice has been done.

The irony being AFCW (or should it be Kingston Dons?) have moved and taken over  kingstonian's Kingsmeadow.

Swansea's last season at The Vetch, drew 0-0?  They hadn't spent any money on those away toilets for years and they were disgusting: the home toilets were pretty bad too (or so their fans said).

Strange coffee mug shaped thing for a cafe, surrounded by wire mesh with a small slot for the cup and money to change hands through: really made you feel welcome.

I'm sure that while AFCW do own Kingsmeadow these days; they bought the place to give Kingstonian a much-needed cash boost, and now have them as tenants paying a nominal amount a season.

Long term though, they want to get back to Merton and the council there intends to help them. One thing that could happen is the dog track, ironically on Plough Lane, being rebuilt to meet Football League standards.
