I think a mini tournament would be the best option here as the the amount of people who are interested is maybe more than 1st thought,it also gives chance for everybody to get a game, maybe a tournament with so many teams,as long as we raise as much money as we can.

Can we have a match between fat and slow over 50's has beens, who still wish they could play?

As a suggestion a charity tournament could involve teams playing in 30 minute matches, certainly my tournaments with the Internets have been on full size pitches over this length of time. 15 minutes each way.

The top 2 from the groups then go through into a knockout section. Of course this would need more than 1 pitch in which case Bradley would be ideal. Maybe pitch 1, pitch 2 and the GY Boro pitch?

Everybody plays everybody in the group and try and factor in everybody getting a game on the main pitch? Each player in the teams raises money for charity with a minimum contribution of £20?

That way even if you only had 4 teams of 11 enter you would still get a bare minimum of £880 quid. However I suspect that most people are likely to more than that, get a few buckets going round as well. Hopefully the powers that be at Bradley would let you get the facilities for a relatively cheap fee.

Just a couple of ideas.......

Think its a brilliant idea and everyone who takes part chips in abit to raise money i think possibly a tournament that has been mentioned with a few teams, would be a very great day for all partys and for a good cause.
