No colour television then either



Still had a black+white telly in 1966,

So I am waiting to see England win the world cup in colour.

1966? My parents got their first one in 1970 while I was away at uni.

And of course those were the days when to go to university REALLY meant something. As opposed to today when someone does 'BA Media Studies & Forensic Science' at the University of Clugthorpe (formerly the Clugthorpe School of Hairdressing).

So education was better then too.
