Nope. I had extremely bad lower back and hip pains come on during the 'subliminal film' and had the back pains for about an hour.

He was referring to watching it on YouTube where the video bit-rate is heavily reduced and the subliminal images would never be clear enough to have an impact.

Watching a high definition video stream would give a much better resolution than those people watch

Remember, anyone watching a PAL video on a CRT TV isn't getting that good a resolution.
