Having spent 10 weeks in Hull Royal last year I was thankful that nearly all the nurses/surgeons came from outside the City, it was just the catering staff and cleaners that were local. On my first morning I was asked if I wanted any "terrrrssst" which I asked her to repeat about 3 times before I realised she meant toast.
