Agree, shocking midfield but let’s hope it works, not picking Glennon is a complete mystery and gives credence to the insurance claim rumours. Surprised Clifton was not chosen in midfield or left wing back but Vernam should give us pace on the break but will we get the defensive cover out left.

Good luck town you normally win if I miss the game so let’s hope it’s the same today.

I like the changes. Very surprised that Glennon isn’t playing but I don’t know anything about his fitness since the accident. Obikwu has done well the last few games and is probably rightly disappointed to not be playing, but Wilson has got a lot more experience which could be crucial.

Typical Town match this season.  We are playing well but not winning.  Was looking at the table and so many team above us have lost more games.  We have just drawn to many. If it was the old points system we be way up there.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been this nervous watching a game. This absolutely cannot be a repeat of the season where we surrender a game we’ve dominated, early goal and try hit 3 or 4 past them.

Every player has put a shift it, aside from Wilson who appears to have forgotten about the magnitude of this game.

To a man, they played with heart.  Green was excellent.  His header was so difficult to get back in but he managed a rubber neck.  have to say Malarky had a good game too.  Eastwood was safe, Tharm composed. Thompson was superb.  Can't say anyone played badly.  Even Wilson did  his bit despite some misses.

What a difference a week makes! I was utterly despondent after the last minute equaliser by Bradford, especially after the other results conspired against us.

The polar opposite today. Football, bloody football.

Well done to the fans for getting behind the lads, the players for putting a dogged shift in and last, but not least, David Artell. I'm delighted for him after what must have been an horrendous week.

I don’t think this forum has been as down on the floor collectively as last week. You are right that about the dagger which was caused by all our rivals picking up three points. FGR three up after 28mins at Crewe. How did that happen?

After watching town for 58 years I can't ever recall the pitch looking this good in April. Well done to the owners for the investment in the pitch improvements and the ground staff for maintaining it.

Are we safe? Not sure. I am punching the air but not opening the champers yet.

43 points might be enough, but I think 46 definitely will be.

We are 4 points ahead of Sutton who only have three games left, against Harrogate, in form Crawley and MK Dons. Tough ask to get more than 4 points from those fixtures.

We are 7 ahead of FGR who's next two games are Mansfield and Wrexham away. They could easily lose those two which means they could only get 6 more points from their remaining games, and get to 42 points

So it's possible 43 will do, but I don't see why we shouldn't pick up more points from our remaining five fixtures. It is looking very good.
