Might be worth a discussion?
JS said below  in Guardian - would suggest DA to stay or would JS follow the unique employment culture of football?

This perspective seems to accept dismissal as an eventuality, almost a matter of when rather than if, which markedly differs from the conventions in other industries where such practices might be considered a strange construct in relation to senior hires, especially when you are trying to attract talent to improve your organisation. The established pattern in football, where underperformance leads to termination with compensation, is disconcerting and revealing, shedding light on the sport’s unique employment culture. It’s an upfront agreement that if you falter, you will be compensated and depart.

I listened to Paul Merson on a pod cast and he said playing out from the back he sees 2 goals per season in the premier league going straight from the keeper to being a goal.
He said there loads of goals conceded because of it.

Can remember beating Barnet here when they played that style, years before it became fashionable, under Edgar Davids. Seeing centre backs miles out of position and thought how crazy it was then playing that at our level. Seems like every so often something becomes fashionable. Mike Lyons and his near post flick ons, Chelsea and their one striker. Why not play to the teams strengths rather than trying to just copy somebody else’s blueprints if you haven’t got the materials there.

Baldrick ! The only impression you can do is that of a man with no talent !!
