Lived in Newcastle for years and watched them a few times and sat in whats called the heavens in the Milburn stand, now thats a long way up if you suffer from Acrophobia .

We apparently opted to take our full allowance of 15% - 4.8k
However it seems they are not expecting a sell out & have thus reserved the entire Northam End Stand to Mariners - so if we take up that offer = 6k. - Can we do that?

Where does it say that? Only thing I can find shows 4.8k

Massively lucky we have an office in Whitely where I can work from day of the game day after and expense my accommodation.

Should I use two days holiday to go? Probably not
Am I going to? Absolutely yes.

Ahh but there's the dilemma for me. Using holiday for the Wednesday and Thursday, only to return to work for just one day before the weekend, seems all kinds of wangy to me. Gotta be 3 days holiday or come back on the night and be knackered the next day

I only do Mon-Thu so it is an easier decision for me to make. I’m sure you’ll find something to do on Friday anyway. There’s always a bulb to change or similar.

This is true. There's a tonne of odd jobs I've  put off for yonks, being the thoroughly modern man that I am. Also thinking of staying over for Carlisle so might make it the Friday night. Leisurely drive to the Dales friday aft, take the train from Settle to Carlisle in the morning. Supposed to be picturesque AF
