They were banned by popular request but given the difficulty in getting to Southampton should the ban be reconsidered?

No interest inGTFC just a money making business at our expense , I know the club have a lot to do but couldn’t they be arranging coaches ( not paying for them ) just using their abilities and contacts to make travel an easy option. Bring back the old travel club that Alex king started

Personally I disagree. I've used them and been perfectly happy with them. Used them for play off final and was very good. Have used them in the distant past and been grateful for the option. With the wayv the trains are on strike etc I would rather use a coach company personally.

I just think the more options there are the more town fans there  will be supporting the team, which is the main thing.

I have never used them so cannot comment from personal experience. That said I have read on here how they have pulled out at the last minute leaving supporters high and dry, with match tickets they cannot use.

I have not read about compensation from them for failing to provide the promised service, a refund of fare is all well and good but is not compensation for lost ticket money nor not being able to watch the game.

I can only conclude from what's posted that when they do provide a service it is ok, but when they renege they could not care less about their customers. In view of the lack of customer focus by them I think they should be permanently banned from the site. Furthermore, they should carry a customer warning 'Book with us and we may or may not turn up!


You can please some of the forumites some of the time but not all the forumites all of the time

Hope I’m wrong but I’ve a horrible feeling there’ll be some very disappointed and upset fans on Wednesday morning. Very sceptical on this company- I’d suggest as many people whom are booked bang the drum now rather than later. Better to know what’s occurring rather than being left high and dry.
