We beat Notts County 2-1 with a last minute winner, and our season completely changed.

1-0 down at HT, Coke taken off and Fox brought on alongside Arjan Raihky, we absolutely dominated the entire 2nd half, won the game and went on to win 10 of our next 18 in the league losing only 3.

A great day

Yes, coming from behind to win in the last minute at Notts County became something of a habit last season!!😎

35 points from our next 18 games would make an exciting end to this season.

Was a great day out for the Brigg Mariners; we missed the rioting and looting that the Sunday Times reported breaking out all over Nottingham…

Firmly believe that was the day where our season changed.

A huge mentality shift

Great away day. The Times can do one, they should have never dragged us into Leicester fans chucking chairs around. Our day was all about 2500 Town fans turning up after 8 back to back away defeats and going absolutely sick after an injury time winner. There's only one image that should have been used in any story and it was probably the best picture of last season...

I seem to remember we kept having conversations about not being able to beat the ' big ' teams, especially away.
This result changed all that and the mentality of the whole club.
I think this game, the stockport game, and the Chesterfield game gave us that belief when behind in the playoffs.
I'd say it was a turning point for sure.

It’s a shame there isn’t a documentary or dedicated series to see what else panned out towards the end of the season
