Considering what a win on Tuesday would mean for Town - simply in cash terms - I'd rest Orsi, Gav, Harry and Michee.
Crocombe too if PH has faith in Battersby, but I'm not sure about that.

Use this as an opportunity to blood most of our new arrivals.

                                   Crocombe
                   Smith        Waterfall          Maher
      O'Neil          Green         Hunt            Glennon
                       LLoyd          McAtee
                                  TDP

Subs: Battersby, Emmanuel, Amos, Morris, Pearson, Wearne, Scannell

Efete, Smith Waterfall, Maher, Glennon
Clifton, Green, Holohan
O'Neil, McAtee (Hurst isn't going to play Orsi unless he has no other option we've already seen that this season).

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

I admire those going with Battersby and resting Orsi etc but in truth, I think we’ll see a shape similar to Saturday but perhaps a couple of got new faces fed in, with Orsi potentially dropping to the bench.

I like the shape from Saturday and I think we look decent with it. Let’s face it, Glennon had a tough game because he’s only just back and the lad he was up against was an excellent player…

He’s gonna pick McAtee, although I do think we look decent without, albeit lacking some potential spark amd you’d imagine O’Neil will start…

The team for Crewe poses a dilemma for me. The reason for this is simply do we put out our best 11 to get three points, or do we rest a few with a view to the Luton replay bearing in mind the Luton game is a potential money spinner?

Players should be able to play 2 games a week, if not they shouldn't be a pro.
They only way I'd rest someone is if they've got a niggling injury.

There is no way that Hurst will prioritise the cup over the league, and rightly so.
