That's a shame as I would be looking at offering him an 18 month contract. Although his end product isn't good, he's a useful L2 squad player who is very energetic and can stretch the play well. We don't have any other wide players who Hurst trusts so I assume we're in the market for one.

Like McAtee, to get the best out of Richardson, he needs someone to work off.  It's too much to ask these kids, which is what they are, to come in and lead the line.  

Of the three loanee's, he's looked by far the most likely to make a career out of football at a decent level.  Completely agree that it's probably a year too early for him, but then in a years time he probably wouldn't be considered for League Two football either.
