Keep getting 'you don't appear to have a valid subscription' when I try watching. Then confirms I do have the right subscription when I click on subscribe. Frustrating.

Where are you based?  You have to be abroad.  I believe there are ways around it.

I am UK based (Selby) but didn’t realise the 3pm rule was for days other than Saturday too? It doesn’t say that when you order?
