I get the impression from his interview he believes the stick he gets here is the same  as given to all other opposition managers.  Poor deluded fool.  So funny when he was sent off and sat in the main for less than five minutes

He might be an overweight guyliner wearing sweaty who is partial to creative accounting....but he can set up an effective team.
Expecting a very frustrating 90 mins of aggression,  play acting and buffoonery tomorrow during which at some point I hope a game of football might break out.

He’s the most odious man I’ve ever met.

The day after Lincoln city announced that Keith Alexander had a brain tumour he didn’t go training with whichever club he was with, Boston I believe, and ‘offered his services to Lincoln’.

Sadly, his kids are as crooked and narcissistic as him. A few of us made some comments about him online, nothing offensive other than he’s a tax evading eyeliner wearing cheat. We supported different clubs but we all got abusive messages from his kids…very weird that they’d search for him online…

Basically, he's a league 1/2 manager who failed to do thing at Leeds, so I wouldn't describe him as 'very good'.

Not in that case. The odd spliff of a misplaced or missing apostrophe here and there and even “us” shape instead of “our” shape, is ok now. Using “of” instead of “have” is a class A abuse of grammar and always will be.

Evans is a bit of a pantomime villain, sadly I think the only people who listen to him are refs, line’s people (been on a diversity & inclusion seminar this afternoon, does that validate non binary individuals? ) and 4th officials.

He’s a throwback but one that I prefer to the c**t Woodman.

love him or hate him & i'm in the latter group his teams are always competitive at this level & have a certain way of playing which he believes in i'm not privy to there budget but cant see it been much bigger than ours for instance , think his interview was way off tho ok they missed a sitter when max & michee got there wires crossed but to say clifton dived & they should be 3 up at that point just makes him sound foolish

Even if Clifton did make the most of it , which I don't think he did I'm sure that if it had happened at the other end we would have said dive . It's a natural reaction . Still doesn't make him any more palatable.

Remember when Crawley were top but he followed the money elsewhere, the players had a party celebrating his departure…

No, but he did say that Evans deals in £50 notes. I didn't know but Brodie was pretty much brought up by his gran after his dad died when he was 6.

He's played for a few bad man managers, he was complimentary about Hurst but had no time for his then sidekick Rob Scott.

Rotherham?  He got back-to-back promotions with them.  Do you mean Peterborough?  I wouldn't take his spell at Leeds as anything to go by either, he went there at the height of the Cellino regime.



Evans is a cretin, a stain on the game and anything that remains of a moral compass in the game itself.  

But he's highly effective at building and setting up sides to be successful.  I don't like his style, his approach or even him.  But you can't argue against his record.
