Are you sure about that ? it is Rainbow laces day.

getting behind the lads might be too inclusive.

People have to be proactive about it. Don't let the atmosphere be excrement then complain that it's excrement, like the Crawley game. Be nice if Black and White (For You) was played 10 minutes before kick off then the music turned off

Great atmosphere. A cup game and another local game to come over the next few weeks so let’s keep it like that as it clearly helped the players today.

I was in the upper, far end towards the Osmond, atmosphere was great. Lots of singing around me. Could see it was lively in the pontoon but sadly all the noise never quite makes it across.

Funnily enough when sat in the Pontoon, as we do, your noise doesn't reach us!

Bradford fans seemed very quiet from the Pontoon but no doubt I will read later on their forum that they outsung the Grimsby fans by a factor of 10.

It's just the way it is.

Halfway through the 2nd half Matt Dean said on the commentary that the atmosphere was good, and said I'll turn my fx mike on, and when he did it did sound loud. It must just have sounded quiet the rest of the time because he had it turned off.

And it brings up the old question, again, about side panels in the pontoon and upper

There was a point in the match today when we won a corner at the Pontoon end and looking round at that point it looked like the whole of the Pontoon was jumping and every stand was singing a different song. When we want to we can make a racket in that little ground.

It would be good to build the corner up to sweep round from the Pontoon to the Main stand as it would increase the volume no end

Hopefully this is in the plans and why they havent bothered fixing the side panels in the pontoon.

Terrific atmosphere in the Youngs yesterday. Brilliant all match.

I have to say thought that I wish the stand ran the full length of the pitch. Would probably add a thousand seats of more and would probably not break the bank to do. Wouldn't impact the fan zone, and could greatly increase the size of the bar too. Just a thought.

That was the original plan, but then found out that we wouldn't get planning permission because of the close proximity to the houses

If my memory serves me correct there was two plans on the board one was like Cambridge had built low and the full length and the more grander design  of the findus and Dudley r chose the latter

Fans were excellent in all 4 stands its a shame we can't get going like that without a full away end to bounce off but 10/10.UTM
